Fred O Halloran of MD Johnson Inc managed the transaction for Ms. The buyer of the dealership, Andy Crews and Walter WIck operate dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire at multiple locations. The dealership relocated to the interstate from downtown Haverhill in 1967 and the dealership recently celebrated its 70th year as an exclusive retailer of Ford Motor Company vehicles. Ann would later become the third generation dealer principal of the family business. passed away and Ann Regan and her brother operated the dealership together.

Ann Regan, dealer principal, went to work in the dealership in 1980 selling cars for her father Frank Jr and over the next seven years mastered numerous positions in the dealership. Regan Ford started in 1944 on Water Street in downtown Haverhill by Frank Regan Sr and Joseph Regan and was operated by Frank Regan Jr. The transaction completes the sale of one of the longest tenured dealership families in the US.
